Revoke Night Programme
At Animo Healthcare, we want you to be your best. However, we understand that poor mental health makes achieving your true potential very difficult. We appreciate that most treatment programmes ask you to completely disconnect from your day-to-day life – but this isn’t possible for everyone.
Our Revoke Night Programme is designed specifically for people that want recovery, but can’t just walk away from their lives. Through our compassionate, empowering, and accessible evening programme, you’ll have the tools to regain control and thrive whilst balancing the rest of your commitments.
We treat a range of mental and behavioural health conditions such as anxiety, burnout, depression, alcohol use disorder, substance use disorder and process addictions such as gambling, shopping, and workaholism.
REHAB THAT WORKS FOR YOU
Poor mental health can cause a huge range of issues for people – both for employers and employees. These include:
- Absenteeism
- Presenteeism
- Low productivity
- Inappropriate behaviour
- Impaired cognitive function
- Inability to concentrate, solve problems, or make decisions
- Memory loss
Good mental health is crucial to maintaining good performance at work and successfully fulfilling duties and obligations.
The Revoke Night Programme allows you to attend treatment sessions after the end of the working day so you can continue your career as normal. It helps you make meaningful behavioural changes in real-time and observe immediate improvements in your everyday well-being and productivity. In between sessions, you can practice and implement skills you learn in therapy sessions and quickly identify areas where you need further support.
Attending treatment on a part-time basis ensures you can maintain behavioural changes in everyday life. It avoids coping with the transition from a controlled residential rehab environment to your normal life and the stresses or triggers it presents.
A SAFE SPACE TO RECOVER
The Revoke Programmes by Animo also provide you with a safe space to spend your evenings. The evenings can be triggering, and is often when people seek to engage in harmful coping strategies such as drinking or substance use. Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) involves identifying the causes of harmful thinking patterns and developing the skills to overcome them.
During CBT sessions, a therapist helps you to locate the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that cause discomfort. You then develop strategies to avoid these situations or to cope with them in positive ways. CBT may involve identifying environmental cues that you should stay away from, or exploring healthy ways to relieve stress.
CBT focuses on present issues and can help you reframe past events and help you make meaningful long-term changes to your behaviour. Research indicates that skills learned through cognitive-behavioural therapies remain with people after they complete treatment. It is a powerful tool for dealing with mental health and improving your overall well-being.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a private space where you can work through and explore personal problems with a therapist. Causes of mental and behavioural health issues may be deep-rooted and difficult to share with peers. Individual therapy ensures you can access a secure and safe environment to deal with these issues.
Individual therapy sessions provide a safe and comfortable space to discuss and treat underlying mental health issues and feelings relating to stress, self-worth, and expectation that you may be experiencing. They help you improve the well-being of your entire person so you can flourish in all aspects of your life.
Group Therapy
Group therapy and support group meetings involve participating in treatment sessions with others working on their recovery. Group settings allow you to learn from others, find comfort in shared experiences, and improve your interpersonal skills. They help you overcome the feelings of shame that often come with mental and behavioural health conditions, and show you that you are not alone in your struggles.
